Peugeot Introduces 308 Compact Models
GUEBWILLER – Peugeot launchs compact model car 308. Car with this sporty appearance, motorized low of emission karbondioksida.
Compared to its(the predecessor 307, design 308 more sporty with 6 acceleration of gear box. Radar parking assistance, 9 air bag, and [screen/sail] is having colour navigation GPS. 307 would still be produced to end of this year but the numbers would continuously be lessened.
Unhappily, Peageuot has not determined selling price 308. But Peugeot gives image of price which is far not differed from 307. This vehicle will be marketed coming September.
In market Internasional, 308 in competition with Volkswagen Golf, Opel Astra, Renault Megane, ford Focus, and C4 sister brand from Citroen. Christian Streiff, Chief Executive Officer Peageuot as cited Reuters to tell that 308 have been through test testing ride as far as 2 million kilometre before launched.
308 will be produced 350000 units per year starts the year 2008. This number equal one-thirdly Europe market. Since first time is launched 7 last year, 307 has been sold counted 3 million units. The biggest sale happened in Europe, China, and Argentina.
Till Now Peageuot produces its(the car with two machine choices. Diesel engine is produced to cooperates with Ford and petrol machine is produced to cooperates with BMW. Same job(activity in produce of this machine is part of Peugeot to depress production cost.
Its(the plan 308 will be produced by using machine Hybrid in the year 2009.
